Our luxurious fifth floor villa at Villa La Estancia offers a spacious terrace with a view of the ocean, Medano Beach and Lands End. The Villa features a dramatic iron entryway, Travertine marble floors, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, air conditioning with ceiling fans throughout. In addition to the standard amenities of phone, air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, Stereo, the Villa also offers free high speed internet access / wi-fi service. Additional onsite amenities include a state of the art full service health and fitness spa. The fitness room also offers the services of a personal trainer who offers a variety of training packages.

The Mediterranean style living area features a large dining table, buffet, entertainment center with VCR, stereo, CD, DVD, a queen sleeper sofa with chairs and a separate bathroom.

Enjoy a modern upgraded kitchen that is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, side by side refrigerator, freezer, and ice maker.  The entire Villa features a purified water system.  The kitchen also has an oven, range top, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a convenient walk-in pantry. There is a laundry room to the left of the kitchen that is equipped with a washer, dryer, separate sink, iron and ironing board.

The Master Suite is furnished with a king bed, armoire dresser with cable TV, sitting area with a couch and coffee table. It also features a separate entrance out onto the ocean view patio terrace.  The Master bath features an oversized Jacuzzi spa tub, separate shower, double sinks with a spacious vanity area and large closets.

The second bedroom has its own separate outside entrance and features two queen size beds, armoire with cable TV, a desk area and a separate patio entrance.  The bedroom also has a separate bathroom and ample closet space.

The patio veranda balcony offers a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez, Medano Beach, Lands End and the La Estancia landscape. While taking in the view enjoy the convenience of a wet bar with refrigerator, patio dining area, comfortable lounges and plenty of patio space.
